We use a trusted third-party website and hosting provider (Wix) to facilitate the running and management of our websites. (Wix) meet high data protection and security standards and are bound by contract to keep any information they process on our behalf confidential. Any data that may be collected through this website, is kept secure and only processed for the reasons stated.

We may store client details on Mailchimp. This is required for our marketing and communication. Mailchimp is a trusted third-party provider, you can view their Privacy Policy here. You can opt out at any time.

We may store client details on Quickbooks. This is required for payments and invoices. QuickBooks is a trusted third-party accounting provider; you can view their Privacy Policy here. We do not have access to payment details.

We are committed to doing all that we can to keep your data secure; We use secure software systems to protect your data, and only allow access by authorised personnel; We manage our third-party suppliers using contracts and security reviews.

We use secure, cloud-based software to store data therefore protecting data against accidental loss; ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery; preventing unauthorised access, destruction or disclosure.  We will periodically conduct privacy impact assessments in accordance with the law and our business policies, we also train staff on data security.

We will retain your personal data until; you unsubscribe; for two years following enquiry; for 7 years following contract; for 7 years following invoice issue.

We will securely dispose of data after this period.
